The Jagir Community Health Center in Surabaya faces challenges in maintaining the quality of health services amid fluctuations in performance from 2022 to 2024. The decline in performance rankings indicates problems with internal factors such as leadership and employee motivation. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Jagir Community Health Center in Surabaya. The method used is a quantitative approach with an associative research type. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to all 80 employees using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS Version 25 to test the partial influence between variables. The results showed that transformational leadership style had a positive effect on employee performance, where leaders who were able to provide inspiration, individual attention, and intellectual encouragement could improve the quality and effectiveness of work. In addition, work motivation also had a significant effect on performance, because employees who had high drive, expectations, and incentives tended to work more productively and responsibly. This study recommends that Puskesmas leaders strengthen their transformational leadership style and create a reward system that can motivate employees to achieve optimal performance.
