This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee productivity through job satisfaction at Medokan Ayu Health Center, Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach involving questionnaires as the main instrument for data collection. The research sample consisted of employees of Medokan Ayu Health Center who were selected randomly. Data were analyzed using Inferential Analysis techniques with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method using the AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) program. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction is also proven to have a positive and significant influence on employee productivity. These findings indicate that increasing a positive organizational culture can increase employee job satisfaction, which in turn increases their productivity. This study provides practical implications for Puskesmas management in developing strategies to strengthen organizational culture in order to increase employee productivity.
