Faktor-Faktor Sustainability Leadership pada Pimpinan Kampus Ciputra

Abstrak

This research is motivated by the inspiration of leadership from the ranks of leaders at STIE Ciputra Makassar and Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors reflect the leadership of the leaders of STIE Ciputra Makassar and Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. The sample in this study was 32 leaders, who came from the ranks of leaders from STIE Ciputra Makassar and Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. The research method used a quantitative method with SEM-PLS analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that these four factors play a significant role in reflecting leadership characteristics focused on the sustainability of human resources in higher education institutions. Among these factors, Mindful Leadership has the highest influence, while Sustainability Leadership holds the lowest significance value.
