This study aims to analyze and map the needs of railway passengers in Indonesia in order to improve the quality of services offered by railway companies. The research method used a quantitative survey by distributing questionnaires to passengers on various routes and classes of train services. The results showed that passengers paling suka hal-hal seperti comfort, ticket prices, punctuality, cleanliness, and availability of support facilities passenger segments. This research is expected to help railway companies make strategic decisions in the face of competition in the public transportation sector in Indonesia.
