Abstrak

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Work Life Balance and compensation on the performance of female employees at the Keputih Health Center, Surabaya. The population in this study were 59 employees at the Keputih Health Center, Surabaya, with a total sample of 41 female employees at the Keputih Health Center. The analysis technique used in the research was using a simple linear regression statistical test and continued with multiple linear statistical tests with using SPSS Version 21.

Based on the results of the research and discussions that have been carried out, there are several conclusions that can be drawn:: Work Life Balance has a significant influence on employee performance at the Keputih Community Health Center. Compensation also has a significant influence on employee performance. Work Life Balance and Compensation together have a significant influence on Employee Performance at the Keputih Health Center.
