Pengaruh Program K3 dan Diklat Terhadap Kinerja Anggota Rescue Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan (DPKP) Kota Surabaya

Abstrak

This study aims analyze the effect of the Occupational Health and Safety (K3) program and education and training (diklat) on the performance of rescue members of the Surabaya city Fire and Rescue Service (DPKP). The research data were obtained through a survey using a questionnaire media distributed to all rescue members totaling 58 personnel. The sampling technique used was non-probability side with saturated samples. Data analysis with multiple linear regression processed using SPSS. This study shows the result where the K3 program has a positive and significant effect on the performance rescue members. The practical implications of this study show that the combination of K3 and Diklat programs can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of rescue members. Therefore, the Surabaya City Fire and Rescue Service (DPKP) is expected to be able to conduct periodic evaluations of the implementation of the K3 and Diklat programs and to update training to improve the readiness of members in handling various fire and rescue scenarios.
