This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style and work dicicpline on the perfomance of employees. The research involved 93 employees working at the fire and rescue department of Surabaya City. Data collection was conducted through questonnaries and the analysis was performed using SPSS software. The empirical finding demonstrate that transformational leadership style does not significantly affect employee performance. However, work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. These findings suggest that improving work discipline can effectively enhance employee performance.
