Pengaruh Work Life Balance dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegai di Puskesmas Keputih Surabaya

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work-Life Balance and compensation on employee
performance at Keputih Public Health Center (Puskesmas Keputih) in Surabaya. The population in this
study consists of 59 employees of the Keputih Health Center,with a sample size of 59 employees. The
data analysis methods uset are simple linear regression and multiple linear regression, with the
assistance of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that Work-Life Balance has a significant
effect on employee performance. Compensation also has a significant effect on employee performance.
Simultaneously, Work-Life Balance and compensation have a significant influence on the performance
of employees at Keputih Health Center. These findings highlight the importance of paying attention to
work-life balance and compensation systems in efforts to improve employee performance.
