Pengaruh 3A, Memorable Tourism Experience, dan Value for Money terhadap Niat Kunjungan Ulang Wisatawan Tari Kecak Bali

Abstrak

The number of domestic tourist visits to Badung Regency continues to increase every year, with one of the
destinations being the Kecak Dance performance at three locations. The Kecak Dance is a cultural tourist
attraction that highlights the rich local culture of Bali with a stunning backdrop. Despite its strong cultural
appeal, there is still a gap between tourists' expectations and their actual experiences. This study aims to
analyze the influence of the 3A elements (attraction, amenities, accessibility), Memorable Tourism
Experience (MTE), and Value for Money (VFM) on satisfaction and intention to revisit, with satisfaction
as a mediating variable. The research method used a quantitative approach through the distribution of
online questionnaires to 220 tourists who had watched the Kecak Dance performance. The results showed
that MTE and 3A had a significant effect on satisfaction, while VFM had no significant effect. Satisfaction
was found to increase the intention to revisit and act as an important mediator. More specifically, full
mediation occurred in the relationship between 3A and the intention to revisit through satisfaction, while
MTE showed partial mediation. VFM did not show a significant effect either directly or through
satisfaction. These findings confirm that non-economic factors such as the quality of the tourist experience,
supporting facilities, and ease of access are more decisive than price perception alone.
