Abstrak

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of work life balance on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the banking sector. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique applied is probability sampling, specifically simple random sampling, resulting in 112 respondents. Data analysis is conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study find that work life balance has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, work life balance has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction successfully mediates the relationship between work life balance and organizational citizenship behavior.
