Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sucofindo Cabang Utama Surabaya

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the effect of Occupational Safety and Health on Employee Performance at PT Sucofindo Surabaya Main Branch. This quantitative research used a saturated sampling technique involving 52 respondents from a population of Inspection division. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially, Occupational Safety had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, while Occupational Health had no significant effect. However, simultaneously, Occupational Safety and Health collectively had a significant effect on Employee Performance.
