Submission Guidelines

International Conference on Digital Minds for Sustainable Quality of Life (ICDIMSQL) 2026

Before You Begin
Please ensure you have registered as an author on the proceeding platform, prepared your manuscript following the ICDIMSQL 2026 template (Times New Roman 12, single spacing, single column), and reviewed the Submission Preparation Checklist. All submissions must be made via the OJS platform at:

The submission workflow consists of five (5) sequential steps. Follow the detailed instructions below:

1. Start
  • Log into your author account. If you are a new user, complete registration with role “Author”.
  • On your user dashboard, click “New Submission”.
  • Read submission requirements, tick all checkboxes in the “Submission Requirements” .
  • Add any comments for the editor (optional) and click “Save and Continue”.

2. Upload Submission
  • Upload your main manuscript file (Microsoft Word .doc/.docx, RTF, or OpenOffice).
  • Ensure file follows the ICDIMSQL 2026 template (available via Author Guidelines).
  • Remove all author names & affiliations from the document for blind review.
  • Click “Upload”, wait for completion, confirm file name/size, then click “Save and Continue”.

3. Enter Metadata
  • Enter all bibliographic information: Title, Abstract, Keywords (3–6 keywords).
  • Add all co‑authors: full name, affiliation, email. Mark the corresponding author correctly.
  • Provide references with DOIs/URLs where applicable.
  • Double‑check accuracy – metadata will be public after publication.
  • Click “Save and Continue”.

4. Confirmation
  • Review the final summary: uploaded file, metadata, and checklist.
  • If any correction is needed, use “Previous” to go back.
  • Once everything is correct, click “Finish Submission” (or “Submit”).
  • A unique Paper ID will be generated – save it for future reference.

5. Next Steps
  • You will see a confirmation page. An automated email notification will be sent to the corresponding author.
  • Track your submission status anytime via your author dashboard ( “Submissions” menu ).
  • The conference committee will review your abstract/manuscript. Once accepted, you will be contacted for payment and further instructions.

What Happens After Submission? (Payment & Communication)

After successfully submitting your manuscript via OJS, the organizing committee will review it. If your abstract/paper is accepted, the author will be contacted by the conference contact person to arrange the payment of the conference fee according to the author category (Presenter General: IDR 1.000.000, Presenter Student: IDR 600.000, etc.). Please note that Scopus publication fees are not included in the registration fee and will be announced separately.

You will receive an official notification with a payment link or transfer instructions. Do not submit a new manuscript for the same paper after payment. All further correspondence will be handled by:
